    I don’t have a favorite. I get my granddaughter on the school bus during the week so I love to see her for an hour each morning. Saturday and Sunday are enjoyable as I don’t need that alarm so early!

    Wednesday, definitely. I get to volunteer at a local elementary school with 6th and 3rd graders. The teachers are amazing and so are the kids.

    My favorite day of the week is Sunday.. the end of the week but also the beginning of the week. A good time wrap things, and plan for what is coming and feel like everything is under control. A nice day to cook a lovely dinner for the family and, if all goes well, to sit and drink tea and read for awhile. I like to plan my quilting projects for the week at that time as well. And for as long as I can remember, I have called my parents on Sundays. Sadly, I only have my dad to call now but think of mom every Sunday and how I miss our conversations.

    It seems like there is something special about every day. I love Wednesday because I go to the Community Bible Study in the morning and a church Shepherding Group meeting for dinner and discussion in the evening.     I love Sundays! After fellowshipping with friends at church, we have a nice lunch and a quiet, restful afternoon. Sometimes I sew a bit, sometimes I don't but it is a good family day.
