$5 Pattern of the Month - Dizzy Days Irish Chain!!!

It's September and that means its time for a new $5 Pattern of the Month here at Happy Quilting!!!  And September is all about Dizzy Days Irish Chain.  And it is just $5 all month long!!!   

The  Dizzy Days Irish Chain Pattern can be found in my Etsy Shop in both a Paper version as well as a PDF version and both versions will be marked down to $5.00 for the month September.   This is such a fun quilt to make and has endless layout options, so truly, not two quilts will look alike.  It is a fantastic scrap buster.  (which we probally all need a little more of in our lives ;)    It is rated for Beginner quilters and if you don't have a lot of scraps, the pattern is also written for Layer Cakes. (as shown below)  

Dizzy Days Irish Chain  has 6 size options.   It is an extremely versatile deign.   It just uses basic piecing and sashing to continue your chain.  There are four different block designs that can each be roated 360 degress, which makes for a different layout every time you make this quilt!! 

And like I said, Dizzy Days Irish Chain  is a super versatile design.   It looks aweome in a rainbow of scrappy colors.   It looks awesome in one fabric line with all of it's beauitful prints, and you can even use a more monotone fabric line, as shown.  Anyhow, it is going to look awesome!!  And notice how I tend to not quilt the print squares, that really makes your chain pop!!  

And remember, you don't have to use a white background either!! You all know I love a good dark background for making the prints just pop.  So pretty :)
