ReplyDeleteHi, I have only made one item with wool then got too busy. I'm newly retired and really want to get back to doing wool. I love the portability of it. Spend some table time cutting it out then bag with thread etc and off you go! Thanks for sharing this series, Shabby fabrics always does a great job with their prep, patterns and videos! ReplyDeleteThe only work I’ve done with wool, is in knitting. I’ve knitted so many pairs of socks I’ve long since lost count. I always use wool yarn. It’s generally a mixture of wool and nylon for strength and warmth. And these days they make nice machine washable and selfstriping sock yarn which makes it a lot easier and more fun.
