First, we need to announce the winner from last Terrific Tuesday Giveaway!!
The winner of the $25.00 Gift Certificate from  Lou Lou's Fabric Shop is . . .   Number #151 . . . Congrats Hillari!!!   I have emailed you :)

And on to today's

Today's Terrific Tuesday Giveaway is being sponsored by Thousands of Bolts, a brand new sponsor here at Happy Quilting!!!    I asked Riley to send me a little intro to her shop so I could share it with all of you ;)   So here's all about Thousands of Bolts . . .

Thousands of Bolts is an online quilting fabric shop based out of Youngstown, Ohio.  It boasts over 8000 quality quilters cottons, flannels, and batiks as well as the worlds largest online selection of wide quilt backs.  They have unbelievably low prices and incredible quality and have many sales and specials throughout the year!!!

Thousands of Bolts also has an awesome tool called the Quilters' Toolbox where you can take any present patterns and insert the fabrics that you have chosen to get a preview of how your fabrics will look in the pattern.   Just perfect!!!

Thousands of Bolts is the perfect name for this shop!!!  It is so great to be able to shop through so many amazing fabrics and I love how easy it is to shop by color!!!  How fun to make your own custom bundles ;)   And Thousands of Bolts has an incredible Color Matcher Tool, that allows you to click on a color of your chosen fabric and find other fabrics with that same color.   How awesome is that!!!!  Making custom bundles has never been so fun and easy :)    Of course, if you prefer, you can still shop by manufacturer or shop by theme I just like color the best :)

And speaking of Manufactures, Thousands of Bolts  carries a wide variety of manufacturers fabrics, including those we all know and love, and a few that were new to me, but have such great fabrics!!!   They also carry a huge variety of Solids from most of these manufactures, including all of the Bella Solids, my personal favorite ;)  And the Color Matching and Quilters Toolbox make it easy to match your solids to your prints :)

And on of my favorite things about Thousands of Bolts is that you can shop for individual Fat Quarters!!!  A majority of their fabrics can be bought as Yardage or as Fat Quarters, allowing you to create your own amazing Fat Quarter Bundles, how fun is that!!!!   And again, the color matching tool lets you pick a favorite print, and then find other prints that match it perfectly.   So great!!!! Thousands of Bolts also carries other Pre-Cuts including Fat Packs (pre-made Fat Quarter Bundles) and  Gem Strips ( jelly rolls) like this gorgeous Garden Delights II Strip Role that we will be giving away today (see bottom of post :).

Thousands of Bolts truly does have incredible prices that will have you super excited!!!   But they also have to make room for new items and that means you will also find absolutely incredible bargains shopping in the Thousands of Bolts Sale Section!!!  And right now, there is quite a lot of Holiday fabrics to be found in the Sale Section, another of my favorites ;)

Thousands of Bolts knows that you have lots of choices in purchasing your quality quilting fabrics and they are striving to provide you with an amazing array of choices at incredibly affordable prices.  As well as offering you the tools to mix and match your fabrics with confidence!!   You are sure to have a wonderful experience shopping at Thousands of Bolts

I just want to say welcome Thousands of Bolts!!!  I am so excited to have you as part of the Happy Quilting Family!!!

And as part of their welcome debut here at Happy Quilting, Thousands of Bolts is also sponsoring Terrific Tuesday Giveaway Day and as mentioned before, it is a great one!!!!    Thousands of Bolts is giving one lucky winner a Garden Delights II Strip Roll!!!  Isn't it just gorgeous ;)

And since it is a new year, we are changing up the entries a bit ;)   You still have two chances to enter and win here at my blog . . . but you can also have two changes to enter and win on Facebook, as well as two chances to enter and win on Instagram.    I will randomly pick a winner win from all of the entries at all 3 places :)

  8. I'm pretty sure I have 10 bolts or less, if a bolt is 12 yards.

    ReplyDelete
  9. I visited the shop and created an account, just so I don't forget about them when I next need to buy fabric.

    ReplyDelete
  10. I have no bolts, but plenty of pieces, and some yardage... I have no idea how to estimate it! LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  11. I'm following them on FB and IG!

  12. Bolts?! No idea. So there's usually about 20-25 yards on a bolt....um maybe 40? I'm probably way off. Ha. Thanks for the giveaway.

  13. Oh, goodness! I think probably 10 bolts, but may be closer to 15. It's hard to calculate with all the precuts and scraps I have!

  16. Oh goodness, I have only been quilting for about a year so I'm quickly working on my stash. I just went to TOB's site and I think I'm going to like it. I am making a purple quilt for my granddaughter and have been stock-piling various purple prints. TOB makes it easy to peruse colorways.

  17. I am following them on FB and IG now.

  18. I only have scraps, very small pieces, so it's really hard to tell, maybe 2?

    ReplyDelete
  19. Hard to know I have a huge amount of fat quarters! Not too much yardage.... Maybe I need to change that!

    ReplyDelete
  20. I have no idea how many bolts! It’s all cut up! . Can’t wait to check out this store.

  21. Add stash to 3 full bolts of batiks=75, time to do some stitches!

    ReplyDelete
  22. I follow Thousands of bolts on Instagram also.

  23. I'm a scrappy quilter so a lot of my fabric is in bins & is in small pieces. I will mentally glue those pieces together & estimate - about 10 bolts with the whole pieces & the little bits. (I also have 4 cabinets full of yardage.)

  24. Assuming the average bolt size is 15 yards, I probably have about 5 full bolts of fabric in my stash, including backings for quilts in progress and fabric cut for projects that I just haven't had time to work on. I love the "fat packs" precuts at Thousands of Bolts. It's a great way to build variety in your stash. Sandy at sewhigh.blogspot.com

  26. WOW.... I am drooling here.
I would imagine I have about 20 bolts of fabric in my stash. Not very much :-P but some of it is already boxed up and ready to donate to the local sewing school.
Happy New Year and thanks for this give away

  31. I have been quilting for less than a year, and I am very frugal about my purchases. In fact the only full size quilt I have completed, I inherited the squares, I just had to make the sashing, assemble, and have quilted. I've only made a couple small projects. so my stash is very small compared to an experienced quilter. I would say I have less than a bolt.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Thousands of bolts website was new to me, but their physical location is less than 5 miles from my house. And I never knew they existed! Unfortunately, they do not have a storefront, it is online only. But I just love how you can shop by color hue.

  34. I have more fabric than I could count. Bolts would have to be at least 100.

    ReplyDelete
  35. My stash is probably pretty low compared to most people. I might be pushing toward 50-60 full yards, but I do have bins of scraps and smaller pieces. People have given me those to use for charity projects like drawstring bags.

    ReplyDelete
  41. I probably have quite a few bolts in my stash - but hey, who's counting lol....

    ReplyDelete
  42. TOB web site is great with the choices listed by color. They have a huge selection of holiday prints too - and at great prices

    ReplyDelete
  43. If I added up all my fat quarters and yardage, I'm guessing I would have about 10 bolts of fabric. Thanks for this beautiful giveaway. Those florals are awesome!

    ReplyDelete
  54. I hate to think about how many bolts. Maybe 125???

    ReplyDelete
  55. I try not to think about how many bolts of fabric I have--I have a whole storage unit! I bet it's at least 400 bolts...

    ReplyDelete
  56. If 40 yards per bolt is the standard, then I easily have 20 to 30 bolts. Oh, my!!!

    ReplyDelete
  57. Following Thousands of Bolts on Instagram--not entirely new to me but get reacquainted!

    ReplyDelete
  58. I love 1000 of bolts. Their color match tool is always so helpful. I follow them on IG and am a frequent shopper of theirs.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Haha! How many bolts? How about how many boxes?!!! One row of apple boxes from the front of a standard garage to the back,(and those are stacked about 5 deep), plus one wall in a 9x10 bedroom, plus two Ikea wall units also full. And a few other stray boxes in odd spots in the garage and on the floor of said 9x10 room. Do I need more fabric? :D

    ReplyDelete
  60. Wow! The number of wide backings is tremendous. I'll be shopping Thousands of Bolts for my next backing fabric.

    ReplyDelete
  61. If a bolt has 10 yds, I'll bet I have 30 or 40.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Just followed thousands of bolts on IG @lolly2430. Did know about this company before.

    ReplyDelete
  63. If I added all the square inches of scraps and fat quarters and pieces that are less than a yard I might have 15 bolts. In recent years I seldom buy a yard or more except for backing or a specific project.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Following them on instagram now. I like the feature on their site "see all fabrics in this collection". It helps in building fabrics for a quilt.

    ReplyDelete
  65. I'm going with about five bolts of individual fabrics, if there's maybe 8 yards on each. If I had to wrap all my yardage onto bolts, uhm, five wouldn't do it, lol. Thanks for hosting this give away.

    ReplyDelete
  66. How many bolts do I have in my fabric stash? Oh my, well, I am going to guess around
11-12 bolts. Ohh, I think I need to start using these fabrics up.

  70. Whole bolts?15-20. Enough yardage to put back on the bolt? 100? Maybe. I have quite a bit of fabric. But I'd sure hate to run out so I have to buy a little more. Thanks

    ReplyDelete
  71. I would say 25 here. But in storage I have probably another 50. So, why is it I never have the right fabric and I need to purchase more.? Could this be considered an addiction?

    ReplyDelete
  72. I can't believe how many bolts of fabric some of you have! I have less than 1 bolt. I must work harder to catch up

    ReplyDelete
  73. Like the looks of Thousands of Bolts website. Good prices pretty nice selection. Thanks

    ReplyDelete
  104. I'm guessing around 10 bolts maybe....

    ReplyDelete
  105. I have zero full bolts of fabric in my stash, but if I had to add them all together onto bolts, I'd guess maybe 15? Who knows? Welcome Thousands of Bolts!

  134. If I added all my stash together to estimate it as bolts … I would guess at least 225 bolts. I use at least 100 yards of fabric at year and it doesn't even make a dent! Thousand of Bolts is only an hour away from me! How did I not know they existed?

    ReplyDelete
  135. Oh my....I don't know how much fabric is on a bolt - and I have fabric stashed around in some interesting places - So I will make a wild guess at 12 bolts.

    ReplyDelete
  144. I try really hard to keep the bolt stash down--not by curbing my buying so much as by USING it! I get so excited when I empty one. My sister likes to tell me I might be the only person that gets excited about running out of a fabric; she says I have it all wrong! But doesn't that just mean I can buy another one? My best guess is I have about 25-30. Bolt sales are my fav!

    ReplyDelete
  145. I visited their site and signed up. My fav items would be all the creams and whites. This might be my new go-to for background fabrics which is usu what I'm looking for in large amounts.

    ReplyDelete
  146. I'd say I have about 15 bolts, but I honestly have no idea!

    ReplyDelete

  148. I have a very small fabric stash probably 2 to 3 bolts.

    ReplyDelete
  149. I visited the Shop and really like the Quilter's Toolbox tool. But hey, who doesn't like to browse through the Pre-cuts?

    ReplyDelete
  150. I think I have less than 10 bolts as most of my fabric is precuts, and I used up a lot of stash in 2019.

    ReplyDelete
  151. Wow, thousands of bolts has TONS of backing fabrics. I will have to check there next time I need one!

    ReplyDelete
  152. Well, I don't have thousands of bolts, but I would guess I have at least 30 bolts worth. Shhh!

    ReplyDelete
  153. I follow Thousands of Bolts. One of the first places I look for fabric

    ReplyDelete
  154. Well, it depends on what your definition of a bolt is. If you mean a full bolt of about 15 yards, and I put all my stash together...
    I would estimate about 10-12

    ReplyDelete
  155. Oh, gosh....I am guessing that I have about 15 bolts if I add all of my stash

    ReplyDelete
  156. Wow.... another great sponsor... I've been looking at Thousands of Bolts' shades of red since I'd like to make a quilt for Valentine's Day

  165. Depends on the size of bolts. Back many moons ago bolts had like 25 yards on them. Some today only have 8 or so. I don't know what I have but it is way to much for this lifetime but that is okay with me. ;)

  166. I am a relatively new quilter and am not good at multitasking, so I probably have only 1 or 2 bolts of fabric total. (How much is on a bolt?)

  167. If you added up all of my stash, maybe 5 bolts worth. Not too much.
