ReplyDeleteBack in the early days when blogging was THE thing and before FB & IG. My how the quilting world has exploded! The social media algorithms don’t always push your posts to me but I’m hoping to comment enough to change that!
My vision has dimmed over the years and I have macular degeneration so I’m hoping to finish up a quilt for each grandchild and one great grandchild before I’m unable to sew!

ReplyDeleteLike many of us, my bucket list includes finishing many UFOs. But I also have two great nieces and two great nephews who want me to make them quilts and I'm looking for patterns, thus your giveaway certainly got me excited. Off to look for quilt ideas . Much more fun than UFOs.

ReplyDeleteI am working on old UFO's and a few smaller table runners this winter and my plan is to make a few of those projects I have gathered up over time with all the fabric and stuff already here...just get it done already! lol
ReplyDeleteMy quilting bucket list is the same as last year-use what I have first before purchasing more! This can be challenging but I look for patterns that will work with what I have in my stash. I usually purchase new background fabric because I use that up quickly and backings as I usually don’t have enough of complimentary fabric to even piece a backing!

ReplyDeleteI'm hoping to actually finish the quilts I started to make for our local animal shelter. I'd like to make enough for every animal to take with them to their forever home.
ReplyDeleteMy bucket list consists solely of finishing Christmas quilts and bed quilts for my 8 grandchildren. So, that's 1-1/3 quilts per month, in theory. I have been sick the entire month of January, so if I can begin February 1, that's 1.45 quilts a month. You've no idea how tired that thought makes me right now!
