A Little Project to Finish out Christmas in July

The other day (as in a month ago) I was at Jo-Ann's and found these cute panels to make books in the Clearance section.  Aren't they just adorable!!  I was so excited I couldn't pass them up.  So I whipped them up one afternoon and then gave them as a gift to my wonderful sister. (who quite possibly, loves Christmas more than I do, and that's saying something :)

Her children adore them!!  They have had them for a few days now and she assures me they are getting much love!!  Isn't it just the greatest when your projects are loved by little ones!!!!

Now I just wish I would have bought a few more panels as my children keep asking where are our books :)  Seems like I might have to take another trip back over to Jo-Ann :)

  1. Those books are adorable. My grandson would probably love one of those.

  2. I made one of these - similar anyway - for one of my grandchildren last year and, like yours, it has been well loved. And the best part is they are so easy. :) blessings, marlene

  5. Love those little cloth books. I make them for the grandchildren and their moms pack them in the diaper bags for mass. It's a quite toy that they can play with and not distract others. Of course, the toy is quite, the babies...not so much!
