ReplyDeleteOh gosh, there are so many! But I do love the sound of the summer evening choir: peepers, crickets and cicadas! I'll never forget the first time I brought my granddaughter (who was four at the time) over to the camp to spend the night in the summertime. We got out of the car and she covered her ears with her hands and emphatically stated it was TOO LOUD! LOL! :)

ReplyDeleteI love to be on the patio in the spring listening to the birds. When we fill up the feeders, it seems like they're calling their friends to come and eat. It's usually not long until they're flying from feeder to feeder! I love watching them too. If we turn on the sprinkler to water the yard, they will fly in and out of the water.
