Jolly Tree Farm Mystery QAL - Week 2

 It's Week 2 of the Jolly Tree Farm Mystery Quilt Along hosted by Fat Quarter Shop.  All the details for this super fun mystery QAL can be found right here ;)    And here is Week 1 Release - Rejoice Fir-Ever and you can find the free pattern here.   This week it's just a single tree with a beauituful star!!  

This Mystery Quilt features Sherri and Chelsi's new Christmas line Pontsettia and Pear and there are kits available here but I am using a Cozy Wonderland layer cake by Fancy That Design House.   This week the block went together so fast.   Just some fun stitch and flip and before you knew it, you were done.    And Kimberly has another fantastic You Tube turorial walking you through each step of making this block.  

And since I started with bonus HST last week, I figured I would continue that on.  But there are just 6 little bonus HST this week.  I decided not to worry about the ones in the red star as they would be so super tiny.    But 6 more to the pile is super fun.  

So are you going to do some Christmas Sewing in July along with us!! It's not to late to get caught up on this fun QAL ;)     Can't wait to see what tree's we get next week :)
