Celebrate National Sew Jelly Roll Day!!

 Did you know that this Saturday, the 19th, is National Sew A Jelly Roll Day!!  Oh, so much fun ;)  I just love sewing with Jelly Rolls, they are such a great little precut to work with.   And in honor of National Sew a Jelly Roll Day . . . Fat Quarter Shop is releasing a new Jelly Roll Shortcut Quilt!!  

You all know how I just love Shortcut Quilts!!  They go together super fast and are oh so much fun to make.  This new Jelly Roll Shortcut Quilt is called Jelly Roll Gems and you can get the Free Pattern Download here.    And truly, this will totally sew together on Saturday ;)   Kimberly has even made a You Tube Tutorial to walk you through it ;)    And of course, this original Jelly Roll Gems Quilt Kit is availalbe at Fat Quarter shop if you want to make it just like Kimberly's ;)  

But I dediced to go a little brighter!!!   And by a little, I mean a whole lot brighter!!    I am using a Tula Pink Floral Reef Jelly Roll and am really going to highlight that Deep Dive Wave print.   And of course, I have to use a Happy and Bright Tula Background.   I can't wait to see how it all comes together!!
