  9. I like my name but it is a nickname and confusing since I have two different first names on documents, etc. So I would either change it to Joye from Joyce (on birth certificate) or change it entirely to Miranda!

  19. If I had to change my name, I suppose it would be David. Most people can spell that correctly. I can't believe that they mess up "Gene" or "Eugene" though.

  43. If I had to change my name I would choose Sophie, however I'm good with Tamara (Tami) which was a popular name in the 60's but not since so I'm ok with that. I follow them on Facebook.

  44. I don't think I'd change mine now, but growing up definitely. My brother's name was Andrew (Andy) with the same initials as me. I got teased a lot about "Amos and Andy." I would have changed it to almost anything that didn't start with an A.

  55. I was named after my favourite grandmother so I wouldn't change my name, but the spelling is a little unusual, so I get mis-spellings or mis-pronounciations all the time.

  57. If I were to change my name, I would go from Laurie to Tangerine. It was a fake name I used with my hubby to kind of role play 😉 My sweetheart left this earth in March. It would be so cool to be known as Tangerine - just a secret between he and I!
