We'll it never was beautifully sunny, but good enough to get a decent picture. Introducing Nature's Pathways
I just love the way the sashings pop out and I just can't get enough of scrappy bindings, Love them!! |
Another view of my leafy vine quilting |
The back. I did mitered corners on the borders for the first time. I really liked doing them:) |
Ready to be snuggled and loved :) |
This is your quilt for Joann's contest, right? I like it! I have thought about entering that contest a million times, but keep deciding not to, because I'd have to buy MORE FABRIC (because you need to show a Joann's receipt for the fabrics used in the quilt, and I don't have receipts for the Joann's fabric I already have)!
ReplyDeleteThat is really neat!
ReplyDeletelooks great!! I think these pics actually catch the true color pretty well. Those long pathway strips dont really look white, they look the soft blue that they are. So, i like it... and the back is awesome!!!
ReplyDeleteps. if you ever want me to try to lighten up a photo, just email it to me. :)
I love it! The color just signs to me.
ReplyDeleteIt's just as beautiful as I thought it would be - you do such nice work. You should be very proud of this one! blessings, marlene

ReplyDeleteLove it....I really hope that you do a Quilt-a-long after your Thanksgiving holidays....I would love to join in on that....your colours are lovely and fresh...I have been trying to work out how you did the pattern....I just know that there is a very clever little trick to it...but for the life of me, I cannot work it out. Hope you win the contest.....LindaB (aust)
