Thank you for joining me in celebrating my 3 year Blogiversary Celebration!!  It was so much fun to get to take a little trip down memory lane with all of you!!  I just can't believe how much Happy Quilting has grown in three years.   And I am so incredibly excited to see where the next three years take me!!!

Star Surround Quilt-A-Long - It's Coming!!!

All right, It's finally here!!!!  It's the Star Surround Quilt-A-Long!!!!   I am so super excited!!  I just love Quilt-A-Long's and I really, really love this pattern.  We are going to have such a great time.  And I have written it up in lots of size options and layout options so there is sure to be a quilt that fits you ;)

Happy Quilting Blogiversary Celebration - Day 6

Today is Day 6 and the final day of the Happy Quilting 3 Year Blogiversary Celebration!!!!   A fun filled week of milestones and giveaways!!!  Let's see what were finishing up with :)

Today's milestone project is my Rah Rah Rally Quilt.   This was my first quilt to be published in a book.  Oh my goodness, what a thrill this was :)  I still can't believe it is real sometimes.  This was such an amazing opportunity to be part of, from the creation, to the market schoolhouse and book signing, to just seeing my quilt in a book.  I never, ever, ever, thought my blog would lead me to opportunities like this but I am so incredibly grateful for it.   And now I just get giddy thinking what milestones might be next :)

Happy Quilting Blogiversary Celebration - Day 5

Today is Day 5 of the Happy Quilting 3 Year Blogiversary Celebration!!!!   A fun filled week of milestones and giveaways!!!  What's up for today :)

Today's milestone project is my Summer Breeze Quilt.  Summer Breeze was my very first Happy Quilting Pattern.   When I was first asked about writing my own patterns I was so overwhelmed.  I had no idea where to even start.   And I am not gonna lie, it was hard.  I learned so much!!  In fact, I later remade the pattern to add size options once I figured that out.  I am happy that the learning curve is picking up and it gets a little easier with each pattern I write.  But Summer Breeze will always be my special first and is still my most popular pattern :)
