Done and Done

I am so excited!!!  As of yesterday afternoon, my Christmas "to do's" are done!!!

Homemade Christmas Chocolates Made - Check!!

Family Christmas Letter Sent - Check!!

My Tree Put Up and Decorated - Check!!

The Kids Tree Cut Down and Decorated - Check!!

The Presents All Purchase and Wrapped (and stuffed under the stairs with the luggage since it is the only place we can think of that the kids don't get into :) - Check!!

I am so ready!!!  And can I tell you, it feels like I just got rid of a 10 lb bowling ball that was strapped to my ankle.  Bring on the Holidays!!  And hopefully, bring on some quilting, I have been missing it doing all of this :)

  10. What kind of candy did you make? I have our tree up and fixing to go & decorate it. Then I will have to get my feet propped up until tomorrow, because it always kills my back when I do it. It sucks to have back, neck, shoulder and hand problems.

  15. Congratulations! I'm still struggling with the last of my list of things to do. Every year I say I'm going to have it all done by Dec. 1st. So far that has never happened, but I keep trying.

  16. uhhh you are WAY ahead, got most of my shopping done, some have to be shipped overseas. half way done decorating, well the insides are about done, I don't know if I WANT to do the outside. and I haven't even thought about presents for the kids' teachers this year, last year I made them something- actually I think it was a jar of cappucino mix I made and a few chocolates, might do that again...hmm
