Teaching at the Quilt Walk

I spent the weekend teaching at the Panguitch Quilt Walk.  It was my first time attending the Quilt Walk and it was absolutely fantastic!!  I taught 4 classes and got to meet so many wonderful and amazing women.  I just love getting to know people through a shared passion.  And there were fabulous trunk shows, a beautiful quilt show, and all around good fabric fun!!

Here are  2  of my classes.   Really, these ladies were just marvelous.  I had such a great time with them!!

And of course, when I got home I realized I didn't take a whole lot of pictures.  But here are a few shots of some of my students progress.  All of the ladies worked so hard and really came out with some beautiful quilts and blocks!!

And to finish the weekend, my wonderful Mother in Law, who you remember lives only 2 doors away, just might have bought one of these :)   And she is so nice to share,  I am so stinking excited!!!

So ya, basically a fantastic quilting weekend all around!!!!   (And the family came up and we even squeezed in a morning at Bryce Canyon, double bonus!!)

Hope you had a wonderful weekend and pop back in tomorrow for a fun new tutorial :)

  2. You're so lucky! I don't think that my mil has ever touched a sewing machine in her life (even though her 93 year old mother is a wizz with her's - maybe that's why!) x
