ReplyDeleteMy stash is relatively small, it only fills a few shelves. I am working to bridge the gap between what I have and what I want.
ReplyDeleteI visited the shop and after looking around a bit I think my favorite thing is the flat rate for precuts. All charm packs, 1 price, all jellyrolls, 1 price, all layer cakes, 1 price.
ReplyDeleteMy stash is actually tiny - it fits into a plastic bag that duvets are sold in, And I am really pressing myself to buy only what I need for the next project (plus maybe a couple of really good bargains)))
ReplyDeleteMy stash fills 2.5 PAX cabinets from Ikea! My dream is to work through every square inch of those fabrics because I love them all!

ReplyDeleteI have a sewing room that I can't fit into. I'm in the process of going thru it right now. I've had to actually sew at the dining room table. I have a very clean house, and don't like clutter. Not sure what happened to me. A fabric hoarder?! So basically I have a closet full of fabric, 8 + rubber maids full, 2 dressers and projects half done all over. Plus 4 machines and all other kinds of crafts. I'm embarrassed. Give me a day or so, I'll get it whipped into shape.
ReplyDeleteI get Kimberlys newsletter.

ReplyDeleteVisited the shop. Lovely collection of basics and blenders they have.
ReplyDeleteI would have a complete room full of boxes if they were all gathered in one place but they are scattered in two empty bedrooms and in a huge closet downstairs in my laundry room - actually too much to even admit to! Loads of great quilts waiting to be made!
ReplyDeleteMy stash has gotten too large. I have a dresser filled with fabric. I have patterns under the bed and in the closet is more fabric. Plus, I have some laying around because I'm not the tidiest person on earth. Thank you, peterstankovich@comcast.net

ReplyDeleteMy stash is big. I have at 10 large bins of it.... maybe more as they are spread out..
ReplyDeleteEEK... the size of my stash. Do I have to be honest? I have one hall closet full of fabrics, neatly folded and stacked by colour. Plus, in my basement area, I have bins of fabrics by type: kids, batiks, Canadiana, postcard making fabrics, and lots of shoebox size containers filled with scraps or fat quarters of each colour. Oh, a container of strips, charms and cake plates and there is Christmas and Valentine's containers. And not even mentioning all the backing fabrics stacked up. Don't want to admit to anymore than this!

Dear Melissa,
ReplyDeleteThe size of my stash.... is. Well, do we need to include the 12 boxes of fabric that is stuffed away in closets?
If not, then I have about 6 shelves of pretty fabric, and two baskets of scraps. If it is pretty, I want it.
my stash is overflowing 2 dressers, that's not too bad is it?
ReplyDeleteI signed up for the newsletter. kimberleys fabric stash
ReplyDeleteMy stash is three dresser drawers for unplanned stash. I also have about seven project bins that I use for fabrics intended for upcoming quilts.
ReplyDeleteJust 5 small boxes from Ikea... I hope it keeps growing with this giveaway
ReplyDeleteMy stash keeps growing as I buy more and have less time to sew... I'd say 6 of those flip top bins from CostCo, 2 ArtBin Super Satchels and about 10 small shoe box sized boxes :/

ReplyDeleteMy fabric stash is in two dressers and I have also have fabrics in colour co-ordinated baskets. I'd love to win this great giveaway.
ReplyDeleteI have an Amore cupboard that is pretty full atm. I never buy more than what can fit in it however as I don't want sewing supplies all over the house
ReplyDeleteI have a full closet!!!
ReplyDeleteI love her range of garden Vale fabruc
ReplyDeleteI can tell you the exact size, having just packed it all up to give my sewing room over to my son. (The change in his attitude makes it ALMOST worth it.) I have four 28 qt Sterilite tubs filled with my FQs, yardage, 5" squares, and strips (some fuller than others). Plus, I have six 10(ish) qt tubs filled with projects that I have gathered supplies for but haven't started. Plus I have six Iris 10x10 cases for projects I'm working on, including scraps from the project until it's finished.
ReplyDeleteI didn't realized how much I had until I packed it all away and had to find places for it all. (The closet under the stairs, the corner of my bedroom, and the dresser that is now my sewing space in the living room.)
My stash is entirely too large (many shelves). I need to make more quilts!!
ReplyDeleteI liked Kimberly's Fabric Stash on Facebook. :-D
ReplyDeleteI have some shelves and quite a few boxes full and some at my sister's house too.
ReplyDeleteI follow Kimberly on FaceBook.
ReplyDeleteMy stash is 3 or 4 bins; I'm too poor to buy everything for a project at once or even an FQ bundle, so I buy a tidbit here and a tad there and usually work my scraps first for new projects'm =)
ReplyDeleteI visited the shop and Bespoke Blooms by Brenda Riddle really caught my eye!

ReplyDeleteMy stash has taken over an entire clothes closet!
ReplyDeleteI have a walk-in closet in my bedroom that I can't 'walk in' anymore because my clothes have to share space with my fabrics. If my stash was all in one place it would probably fill all the shelves.

ReplyDeleteMy stash is a couple of shelves.
ReplyDeleteOh my ... I have tubs on 3 sets of shelves plus several bookcases full. I'm trying not to shop, lots of charity quilts planned!
ReplyDeleteIt's embarrassing how large my stash is -- let's just say it took a 16 ft truck, crammed full, for the contents of my quilt room the last time we moved. Now that includes several decades of scraps (at this point its 4+ decades) and I have the second largest bedroom & also use the guest room. But I quilt a LOT and about 98% of what I make I give away....mdenders@msn.com
ReplyDeleteI have a big cabinet with 6 shelves, a bookcase and two 3 drawer chests and a few piles on the floor.
ReplyDeleteI am following Kimberly on FB.
ReplyDeleteMy stash is . . . Large. Sweater box of each of about 10 colors of scraps. Bigger box of yardage of each of color. Much of it has been given to me (or I inherited it). I have so many plans.. And every once in awhile some new fabric is such a treat!
ReplyDeleteI'm lucky enough to have a bedroom converted to my sewing room. I just did a large de-stash of fabric with 7 bankers boxes of fabric going to my church distribution center. I have one complete wall of Ikea shelving full of fabric.... I kept the current stuff that I liked.
ReplyDeleteI have a bookcase full of fabric stash...but I'm always looking for more
ReplyDeleteerin2470@hotmail.com
Several layer cakes and jelly rolls and some charms. Not really any yardage or many fat quarters.
ReplyDeleteMy stash fills a double wardrobe, a large cupboard and some of the shed too! X
ReplyDeleteWhat a great shop! I love the moda sew and sew line :)
ReplyDeleteWell... my stash is somewhat large *ish*. I have a dresser, a six set of wicker baskets, a cabinet, a shelfing unit, 2 chests, & 3 tubs. That's actually down quite a bit from what it was.
ReplyDeleteMy quilting stash is just a few spaces in a hanging shoe rack in my closet! Now, my cross stitch stash... let's not talk about that.
ReplyDeleteOMG!!! I can't even say what my stash looks like. Need to stay away from these wonderful on-line stores!!
