Splendid Sunday!!!

Wow, can you believe it!!!!  Today the 100th block of the  Splendid Sampler is being shared!!   It certainly is a Splendid Sunday!!!   So, let's get to those last 3 blocks that I have left to share ;)

First up, is the Fleur de Lei block designed by Lynn Harris.  I had so much fun with this block.  It reminded me of taking a class with a local Hawaiian to try to teach me their needle turn applique method used to make gorgeous Hawaiian quilts.   Ya, this machine applique was a bit easier for me to do ;)

And next up is the Four Corner Spinwheel block designed by Kimberly Einmo.   Doesn't this just remind you of those fun little pinwheel that you used to make as a kid and pin to the eraser of a pencil.   I used to play with those for hours ;)   And of course, I just love putting this together with all of those fun flying geese and wonderful points.  So fun!!!

And finally, the final blocks to share is the Centered block designed by Kate Spain.   And so of course, I had to make it purple!!!   Another wonderfully fun block to make with lots of fun points and plenty of purple prints.

And wow!!!  Just Wow!!!!   It still kind of seems surreal that it has been a year and we have gone through 100 Block!!!   Amazing!!!!

But of course, there will still be more Splendid Sampler fun to share ;)   I mean, I still have to put the top together right ;)    And . . . There just might be a giant celebration on the 14th and there just might be  lots of giveaways to go along with that celebration.  And that just might be Terrific Tuesday Giveaway Day, so there just might be double giveaways . . . Just maybe :)

I hope you all have a very Splendid Sunday!!!
