  27. I have received homemade stockings but I don't recall making one. My kids have loved the first ones they ever had and 60 some years, they still have them. My daughter, in turn, have made stocking for her kids. It's a nice thing to share ... and keep

  30. Yes, I made a LOT of Christmas stockings. One for each of us and in laws and grands!! I had an embroidery machine that died this year. So I have a new one waiting on me in Florida.

  39. I have knitted a couple of Christmas stockings and also did 4 large Victorian counted cross stitch stockings for my 3 nephews and one with a mother and daughter baking cookies for myself. All 4 was from the same designer.

  90. Years ago I made 6 stockings for myself, husband and four children. As the family has grown I have continued to make stockings for all the new members. We had another grandchild 5 months ago, so I now have to make stocking number 13. I only have 3 weeks, better get started.

  117. Gosh, the think I made some stockings in bulk for the whole classroom back when my children were little. They were red felt and I remember cutting several layers at a time. They were basic, but loved.
