  3. I had 2 years of French in high school but only remember a few words.. we hosted a French exchange student, Camille, a few years ago & had her come back 2 years ago to spend a month with us.. so I'd love to learn French (again) for the day when we visit her & her family!

  24. We seem to dabble with language at our house. I would like to learn French and Spanish. I have kids interested in Russian, Japanese and Irish. As a result I get to pick up a phrase or two. My husband sort of speaks Portuguese and with my stilted Spanish we speak a weird combination of the two sometimes. So cool!

  37. Portuguese! I'm so impressed. My daughter in law is Singaporean and speaks several languages and is teaching my grands Chinese so I would have to say Chinese so they can't talk about me behind my back! Hahahaha!

  56. I would love learn sign language. I've always thought it is so cool. Years ago I learned the abc's in sign language but I need to start over and learn as much as I can.🌻 I think everyone needs to know sign language now days, because with face masks on, its very difficult to understand anyone.   65. I am currently on day 63 of brushing up on my spanish on Duolingo. But I'd also love to learn German, Arabic, Italian...I'd just love to be able to talk with everyone on earth in their own language.

  133. German. I have been working on my family's genealogy for several years now and it all goes back to Germany. I am hoping some day I can go to Germany to further my research and it would sure help to know some German!

  134. I LOVE green fairy quilts! I subscribe to their newsletter, instagram feed and facebook. I get their blog and I just visited their site. They have the fusible batting strips on sale for just $7.99 - I bought two! They're great for combining batting pieces into bigger, usable pieces. They have many wonderful items on sale! I also bought a precision pair of scissors. Phew, I really do love them!

  139. I already speak a smattering of Dutch and German, but there's not much family left to speak to, so I'm losing the words that once came so easily. One language that I think would be really helpful to learn is ASL.
