  29. My Christmas tree is loaded with ornaments collected and made over the years. I finally gave my kids all their ornaments to free up some space. :o) I would love to have a tree with just Nutcracker ornaments. Attending the ballet is my most favorite Christmas tradition!

  76. For years we had the "whole bunch of everything" kinda tree. As my children are grown with homes of their own, our trees are decorated in themes throughout our home. Formal in the living room and dining room and smaller fun ones throughout our home with many of the ornaments they made as young children.

  96. I have one Christmas tree that is decorated with a variety of ornaments. My favorites are the one's that my parents had on our tree as a child, circa 1955, ornaments from places we visited on vacation, a few handmade from our children in Elementary school, and a few that were gifts from students when I was teaching. I don't use garland or tinsel, but put large white silk hibiscus flowers that were from our son's wedding centerpieces. dweeks 4602@gmail.com

It is awesome - my Christmas tree (when I put it up) - is a LOT of everything - from when my girls were in grade school (3 in their 40's now) - to ornaments we purchase when we are out - - finding something unusual -- Not sure I will put up a tree this year - heading to Florida (tomorrow) -

Main tree in family room has our sentimental ornaments; kitchen tree has cookie cutters, gingerbread men and all types of tea sets from my daughter to flea market finds; library tree has miniature books on it along with baby pics of our family; sewing room tree is white and has sewing notions and ornaments made with vintage pattern envelopes.

Sometimes it is a theme (most likely a specific color of balls/ornaments) or some years we have no theme and use all of the ornaments we have collected over the years. We have been married 53 years and there are lots to choose from. We choose our favorites mostly.
