  9. My closest friends know, and a good many other people, but not everyone knows that I had tongue cancer in 2008. Now my tongue is partly muscle from my left wrist! You couldn't tell by my speech, but it was a hard 12 hour surgery, 12 days in the hospital and 6 of those in ICU. Thank God for wonderful doctors and surgeons!

  61. When I was elected to our local school board I got acrylic and since, gel nails cause I bit my nails and I use my hands a lot when talking. over 30 years later I still get them done monthly.
