  10. I have broken a bone but not as a child..a 61 year old broke my right ankle then my right foot at 75. Hasn’t slowed me down, still quilting. Follow Olive and Evie on FB

  11. I broke both bones in my wrist one day at school while the kids were at music class. I was standing on a chair and fell off! I had surgery a few hours later and wore an external fixator for 5 weeks, followed by 5 months of physical therapy. Worst time of my life!

  34. Yes, I broke my baby toe when I stubbed it on a standing fan base. It was black and purple and I couldn't even wear my shoes. I had to wear sandals or slippers to work.

  40. I fractured my collar bone in my early 20's when I was sitting in the back seat of my friend's car. No seat belts then. I was lucky it wasn't worse.

  54. I "broke" (It was a slight fracture that didn't show up on my first x-ray, but it sure hurt anyway!!) my wrist a few years ago, stepping off a ladder when I was working with my hubby.
