  43. If I could go back in time, I would like to go back to the 80's when my girls were little and we played all day every day. I just loved those days, inventing yummy dinners, baking, sewing dresses, playing with dolls and riding bikes, and they even helped me with gardening (dead heads) and Lizzie loved to vacuum :-)

  72. I'd love to go back to the time after WW1 when optimism was high when the war to end all wars ended. But knowing that hard times seem to always follow makes me glad that I'm where I am now.

  91. In a heartbeat, I'd go back to 1972 and have a "real" wedding instead of eloping in college. I lost my Mom and Dad 6 days apart last year....they always regretted not getting to come to our wedding.I could re-do the marriage of 44 years...have my babies again....and be many, many pounds lighter. I

I read about other quilters loving them---I don't even think I've seen them in my local quilt shop. Yes, I live a sheltered life in the boonies!

My first thought was to throwback to when I was 16.. life was great and carefree but then I thought about my late 20's when I had a direction, boundless energy and was ready for anything that came my way. Those were fun times and I enjoyed a variety of activities although sewed my own clothes but hadn't started quilting at that time.

  126. I don't know how my grandmother and grandfather met and I'd love to visit that time to see how that happened and see what she was like and ask her questions about her childhood. She was born in Russia as her family traveled to America from Germany. How very interesting that would be.
