ReplyDeleteToday, I am working in my "happy" place...the Local Quilt Shop--Karen's Quilt Shop in Sequim, WA. It is a part-time job and enjoy being with the fabrics and helping customers with their projects.

ReplyDeleteI got a parcel of fabrics today from an on-line friend I made through The Splendid Sampler. That made me pretty happy. Also this evening I spent the evening surfing the net for a quilt pattern and I loved looking at all the wonderful creations out there. I still haven't found the pattern I want but enjoyed the search.

DeleteI am in Branson, MO w the Bible Quizzing National Finals for Jrs. Hundreds of kids have learned 300-400 Bible verses this year. My grans compete and as a friend said.......a few minutes in the Word of God is a few minutes in the presence of God. Beautiful and I'm happy for all who compete.
