Terrific Tuesday Giveaway - Welcome Fabric Please!

It's Terrific Tuesday Giveaway Day and today is a special TTGD because we are also welcoming a new sponsor to Happy Quilting!!!! So let's have some fun :)

First, we need to announce the winner from last weeks Terrific Tuesday Giveaway!!   The winner of the Vintage Picnic Layer Cake from  Shabby Fabrics is . . .   Number # 452. . . Congrats Aleta!!!   I have emailed you :)

And on to today's

Today's Terrific Tuesday Giveaway is being sponsored by Fabric Please! , a brand new sponsor here at Happy Quilting!!!    I asked Rita to send me a little intro to her shop so I could share it with all of you ;)   So here's all about Fabric Please! . . .

Rita opened her online shop in February 2014 and has been loving every second of it!  She tries to blend the modern convenience of online shopping with old fashioned service and values.  Every online order is wrapped in brown paper and tied with string.  There’s also a little “something for nothing” with each online order in the way of a free Fat Quarter, mini-spool of Aurifil thread or sewing notion.  It’s her way of saying “THANKS”!  She believes every customer is the most important customer.  She uses the fabrics she sells so she knows how they feel, how they wash and how they stand up to everyday wear. Her tastes are eclectic so she has e a wide variety to choose from.  Hopefully, you will find something you just have to have!

The first thing you will most likely notice from above is that Fabric Please! is located in Canada!!!  Growing up visiting my Grandparents in Calgary Canada, makes it a special place in my heart, so I was super excited to get to work with Rita ;)     And for my Canadian friends that means shipping is only $8.00!!!   And for my US Friends, never fear, shipping is only $15.00 to you, and the prices listed are Canadian, so you get to take in the exchange rate as well :)   So Come On In and check out Fabric Please!

Fabric Please!  has all of your quilting needs.  They carry lots of different designers and even have a designer search option.    Your find beautiful pre-cuts and bundles and of course, lots and lots of quilting yardage  (gotta love those Canadian Maple Leaves :)   And Rita carries some awesome widebacks as well, because sometimes you just don't want to piece the back of the quilt as well :)  And don't forget the  Aurifil threads , and  basic notions, to go along with all of that yummy fabric!!!

And along with carrying lots of wonderful modern and contemporary quilting fabrics, Fabric Please! also carries gorgeous knits, as well as lovely home decor and apparel fabric!!!  So now matter what project you have in mind, you will find just what you are looking for ;)

And of course, you don't want to forget to check out the Sale Section!!!  You will find lots of wonderful fabric goodness here at slashed prices!!

And now that we know a bit more about Fabric Please! . . . Let's have the Giveaway!!!  Rita has put together this gorgeous  custom Christmas Bundle for one lucky reader!!! It's totally time to start thinking about your handmade holiday's sewing list ;)

You have two entry chances, the second being optional, and please leave a separate comment for each.  All Entries are welcome, including International Entries.  Please just be sure to leave an email address if you are a no-reply blogger ;)

ENTRY 1 - Simply leave a comment that tells me what/if  you have planned for your handmade holiday's this year :)

ENTRY 2 - Let's welcome Fabric Please! with lots of Love!!!!   You can Sign Up for their Newsletter (on the right hand side :)  You can follow them on  FacebookTwitterPinterest, or Instagram.  Or you can visit The Shop and then share a favorite item ;)   Just be sure to leave a comment of how you showed your Fabric Please! Love!!!

And that's it ;)  The giveaway will be open until next Tuesday, November 8th when I will announce a winner at the beginning of next weeks Terrific Tuesday Giveaway Post :)

Good Luck, Welcome to Fabric Please! and Have a Happy Quilting Day!!!

  3. I went to Fabric Please! Loved their stuff but especially the Canadian designers and Canadian-inspired designs. Like you, Melissa, my grandparents lived in Canada, in Ottawa and I spent two weeks of almost every summer visiting. The Chinese population has really grown in Ottawa, but when I was a kid, Chinatown was only a block long. Now, new Chinatowns are sprouting in the nearby suburbs.
