Thanks for introducing Olie and Evie. I collect too many things but maybe the most uncommon is the printed inside of security envelopes. They all have different patterns. Perhaps one day I'll make them into a book.

ReplyDeleteI love someone else's post that said is there anything else but fabric. I live just to go down and look at fabric stash. The colors of materials so pretty and think of projects I want to do with my fabric, just makes me happy. With health problems cant sew everyday and days i feel feel really bad, I just like to go and look at patterns and fabric and plan in my head. That may sound weird but fabric gives me joy on days unable to do much healthwise.

I have many from my hometown (Manassas, VA) as well as many historical sites from Washington DC. I try to collect one from wherever we visit, such as the Monticello, the Grand Canyon and many state and national parks.
