I had so much fun teaching at the Quilter's Heritage Festival recently. It has been a tuff year with so many retreats being cancelled, so it was just a treat to finally get to teach again. And that just got me so looking forward to upcoming retreats in 2021!!! I am thrilled and honored to be the Featured Teacher at the 2021 Cedar Chest Quilters Retreat in February!!! I will be teaching 2 classes and sharing my Charming Baby Quilts Trunk Show ;) It is going to be so much fun, I can't wait!!!
Also, in February 2021, I will be teaching at the Winter Quilt Retreat at Bryce Canyon. I will be teaching 3 classes, and again, sharing my Charming Baby Quilts Trunk Show!!! It is just going to be so much fun :) And I am also squeezing in time to take a class, eeekk!!! I don't often get to take classes and so when I do, I just so very excited :) I am taking the Midnight Crossing class from Fig Tree & Co. pattern, and I am planning to use a Merry Starts Here Bundle from Sweetwater :) Wouldn't this just be so great as a Christmas Quilt!!! Please tell me I am not the only one that picks out their fabric months in advance, tee hee hee.
So how about you . . . Any retreats that you are looking forward to??? And now I am curious . . . are you one of those, get your classes all ready months in advance, or do you cut out your fabrics the night before class?? Either way, it is sure to be a good time ;)
I hope you all have a Happy Quilting Day and be sure to pop back in tomorrow for another Charming Baby Quilts Remix Finish!!!
I have one in November that’s sleep at home and two in December that are sleep away. The stay one I’ll just work on whatever I have going at the time. The away ones I’ll have to plan for. Probably a week or so before...if they hold...
ReplyDeleteWe're still not gathering or making any plans in my area of Canada, out of an abundance of caution, and lack of spaces that allow for good social distancing. I look forward to the day when we can get together again. Love that Flower Market pattern,
ReplyDeleteHav you considered teaching online? I have enjoyed the classes and retreats I have taken virtually.
