  11. In High School my best friend and I once hung out in front of the school sign and pretended to smoke cigarettes. They were CANDY cigarettes 🤣 Yeah - not much of a rebel in HS!!

  13. I really had a great time in school. It was a small school & most of my classmates were great friends. We had an art show my senior year & I won 1st place, such a surprise. Guess that transferred to my fun times in making designs in my quilting hobby.

  19. I worked on the yearbook staff and the bonding that occurred with my fellow students on staff due to all the extra hours involved (not to mention the advisor was hot!) was a highlight for me.

  49. High school wasn't that great for me. Still, a couple of things stand out. Working in the school library-which I loved - and winning the "Library Award" on Senior Awards day is a good memory.

  53. graduating. I went to high school in the early 70's and everyone at my high school was smoking pot or drinking. So, I was glad to get out of there
    I tried very hard to just mind my own business and learn and graduate.
    Sad, but those were the times. I survived and have no bitterness about it.

  66. My greatest memory of high school was becoming an exchange student and leaving for a whole year to go to Australia. I met the MOST wonderful host family, who to this day I consider FAMILY, and love dearly (and that was nearly 50 years ago!). Gave loads of speeches to groups small and large, spent a week on a sheep farm, learned to snow ski & water ski, and absolutely fell in love with Australia & its people. Deb
