  12. I retired from teaching ten years ago. This is really living! We spent a year teaching English to post graduate students at a university in China through BYU. What an adventure. We travel to see our grandchildren. We have traveled much in Asia, gone through Europe, been through the Suez Canal, hiked to see the Treasury in Jordan, etc. This is much easier than teaching disadvantaged students! But, I still miss teaching!

  29. Does retired count as dream job? I have a few years to go on that one still. If not, when I was a kid, I wanted to be an architect. I'm not creative enough for that, so maybe mechanical engineer would have been better choice. But I really enjoy my current job most days - assistant to CNO at a smaller hospital.

Right now I think my dream job would involve working with elderly people, helping them vote, helping them get access to library cards and books, making sure they have the biggest, most full lives they can. wordygirl@earthlink.net

  83. I am thrilled to have visited Kimberly's Fabric Stash! I found the fabric I truly wanted, American Jane blue fabric with white daisies, that reminded me of my sister's favorite shirt. I have a picture of her wearing it in our backyard, with my beloved dog Dusty, and that picture is one of my dearest treasures. I have looked for so long to find fabric that is exactly right so that I can include it in quilts, a hidden message from me to me, a reminder that she's with me. wordygirl@earthlink.net
