Star Value from Beejeeber's

So you remember my Star Value block tutorial ??  We'll it is the block that I asked my fabulous bee mates to make for me this month :)  And I have already received some fabulous squishy packages!!!  And can I just say, I am in love!!!

This block was made by Lindsay.  I love the way she fussy cut the purple center block, so cute!!!

And this block arrived from Bethany.  I just love the color combo in that center block!!

And I have to say, I freaked out a little when I laid them out to make the first row!!  So stinking fantastic!!!  Seriously, I loved the block, but I think I am just going to flip over the quilt top!!!  I seriously can't wait for all these to come in and stitch this top together :)  So exciting!!!

And there are already some more squishy packages in the mail on their way :)  I will be sure to share as soon as they arrive ;)

  3. I loved the block, but then when I read through the tutorial, it hurt my brain lol. The color values make it a bit complicated. But then, when I saw the pic of the 3 blocks together.... I fell in love. It's worth my brain hurting a little bit I think :-)

  10. Love the way these blocks look together. I've already got a bit of a plan to try these on a sewing retreat later in the year but I don't have much in the way of grey fabrics as yet so might have to go shopping!

  16. Those are beautiful, so cheerful! I used the tutorial to make a single block for "the Easiest Sew Along" flickr group. My project is going to me a table topper and I plan to add some fun borders. But now I have to make a quilt too, I just HAVE TO! Those look so awesome together.
