Early Finish and a Giveaway!!!

First off,  I want to say a huge Thank You for the sweet comments on my new The Royal Star Quilt Tutorial I shared yesterday.  I had so much fun with that quilt and am so glad you enjoyed it too.

And today, I am a little shocked to be sharing an April Bee Block finish and it is only April 4th!!  After waiting to the last day of last month I decided it was time to get back on top of these :)  Laura  gave us total cart blanche this month asking for a 12 1/2" block in grey and pink and possibly with a Valentine's day feel.  That's it.  It took me a while to decide what I wanted to do but in the end, I went with my love of Applique.  Aren't all of those little 2" hearts just so adorable!!  What a fun block to put together!!


And I might have gone just a little overboard with cutting hearts ;)  I used my Slice Machine and was totally in a cutting groove :)  It's all good though,  I will just send the extra's along and maybe Laura can use them in the back or something :)


And one more thing.  Happy Quilting reached a little benchmark last week.  4000 followers on Bloglovin!!!  Wow, that is a lot of friends popping in to check on the daily musings of a Happy Quilter ;)  Thank you all, I am totally humbled by how this little corner of the quilting community continues to grow.  So, let's Celebrate with a giveaway !!!
