ReplyDeleteThe best signs of spring is my rhubarb popping up and welcoming the sun. If there is a late snowfall, the rhubarb just takes a break and patiently awaits more sun and warmth. It never gets frozen or ruined, it can grow straight out under a blanket of snow. It gives me promise of early rhubarb pie and sweet rhubarb soup. That's spring for me!
