I haven't done much sewing with flannel yet. I have only made a few (diaper) changing mats. I do have some flannel on hand for a quilt back right now though, which I have never done with flannel before. I also have some flannel on hand that will become the lining for a corduroy jacket for my toddler. I have really been wanting to try out making a little throw blanket from a flannel charm pack though... so how perfect would it be if I won? :)

ReplyDeleteThe only thing I've ever really seen with flannels was a fairly rustic quilt for my brother-in-law who is a trucker, to have in his truck. It's a big truck, with extra room, where he sleeps, has a little TV, microwave, etc, so I thought a homemade quilt would both help keep him warm and give the place a little feel of home away from home.
